Company

Divya Business Systems was started on 2-11-1994 as a Xerox concessionaire at Trivandrum. It continued as a proprietary firm until it was converted in to a Company in March 1998. It has got 9 persons who have invested in it’s approved capital of 60 lacs. Out of this BV Krishna Kumar, KP Suresh, Deepak Krishnakumar, and Usha Kumari are working as whole time Directors of the Company. We are a profit making company and is fairly well managed with systems and procedures in place to meet the priorities. We have a turn over close to 10 crores including Sale & Service.

Promoters

Mr. BV Krishna Kumar
Managing Director and Chairman.

He started his carrer is Sales with Johnson & Johnson Ltd., in Permacel Industrial Division from 1975 to 1985 and then Joined Xerox in 1985 upto1994 was Area Manager when he left Xerox. In 1994 Nov., he left Xerox to start the current business- Divya Business Systems, as a concessionary of Xerox. The relationship with Xerox goes to 25 years now.

Mr. KP Suresh
Director- Customer Services

He joined Xerox in 1984 and had been all along in Xerox until 2001. He was Senior Service Manager at Xerox Trivandrum after which he became an out-sourced service provider to Xerox in 2001 and continued on this until Xerox changed from out sourced servicing to ASP model in 2004. Practically he is with Xerox from 1984 till date. In 2004, Xerox decided to integrate Sales and service in to one agency. At this time, KP Suresh joined as a director in Divya Business Systems and merged his servicing firm with it.

Our Customers

We have roughly 5000 machines installed in the field. Most of which are in the Office Automation Segment, of which a Large percentage are on Contract with us. We have about 1500 machines on Full Service Contract. We have executed several EPABX wiring and Network installations at major Customers like state PWD etc., against competitive tenders.

We consider Customer Satisfaction as our first priority and strive for Customer delight. We give benchmark levels of Service to our Customers who includes the large Accounts like ISRO, BSNL, Technopark Units, SBT Head Office, Travancore Titanium Products Ltd., District Collectorate, State Govt. Secretariat, Public Works Department etc.,

Many of our Principals like Xerox takes a count on Customer satisfaction on various parameters and we are adjudged as a very successful operator through these surveys. Many of our Customers now buy almost all our range of products due to our reliability. Some of our EPABX installations & Copier Machine have crossed 10 years of use with high levels of Customer satisfaction.
